Cherry Blossoms around the tidal basin were at there peak so me and a friend went into the city at 6:30am to catch the best light.  I don’t consider myself much of a landscape photographer but I had a good time trying.

The amazing thing about going to see the cherry blossoms on the peak weekend at 6:30am is….. that you are not alone.  I spent the first hours of the morning with a thousand other photographers or so. It was with out a doubt the most tripods I have ever seen in one place.
