We were supposed to spend the first full day of the family visit on the water doing a water tour of the monuments.  Rain scared that away and instead we went to the Air and Space Museum out in Dulles.  It was very cool and almost made me forget about being on the water, almost.

If you haven’t been there then it is a can’t miss.  When you live in DC you sometimes forget to be a tourist and to enjoy the great museums and attractions the area has to offer.
